CharCarol Fisher is a board-certified music therapist and Associate Professor of the Practice in Music Therapy at the University of Kansas. Since 2008, she has worked extensively in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, particularly with children and adolescents in residential treatment facilities. A graduate of Central State University of Ohio (B.M. in Saxophone Performance) and the University of Missouri-Kansas City (M.A. in Music Therapy), she is also deeply committed to jazz education and has served both as an instructor and administrator at the Jazz Academy.
