## THE GEM THEATER – HISTORIC CHARM MEETS MODERN EVENTS

Located next to the American Jazz Museum, The Gem Theater offers a beautifully restored performance hall with a full stage, professional sound and lighting, and versatile rental spaces ideal for performances, conferences, and community events.

### Venue Highlights:

*   500 seat Auditorium with stage, lighting, and sound system
*   Lobby, large and small conference rooms available separately
*   15K laser projector, podium, tables, chairs, and 7-ft. Steinway available.
*   Display space for posters inside and outside the theater

### Policies & Notes:

*   Client must provide general liability insurance ($1M minimum)
*   Ticketing is handled by the client (Eventbrite recommended)
*   AJM reserves 4 house seats (Row H, Seats 201–204)
*   Deposit required to secure date (50% non-refundable)
*   Custom bar and concession options available
