## ATRIUM & CONFERENCE ROOMS – FLEXIBLE SPACES IN A CULTURAL LANDMARK

The Atrium and surrounding rooms at the American Jazz Museum provide a vibrant, flexible backdrop for receptions, meetings, concerts, and cultural events — right in the heart of Kansas City’s historic 18th & Vine district.

### Atrium Features:

*   Seats up to 250 for dinner rounds or 300 for cocktail setups
*   Includes guided after-hours access to the American Jazz Museum
*   Flexible catering policy with prep kitchen onsite
*   Bar service and custom drink packages available
*   Live jazz available through AJM’s network of local musicians

### Conference Room Options:

*   **Jazz Incubator:** Flexible 12-person creative space with projector
*   **Small Conf. Room:** Seats 25, with wall-mounted TV
*   **Large Conf. Room:** Seats 80 theater style, includes projector, screen, sound
*   **Jay McShann Pavilion:** Outdoor area great for summer cocktails and music
